Rachel's Chocolate Turkey Chili

1 lb Ground Turkey (you can also use beef)
1 T Olive Oil
1 Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
2 T Chili Powder (more if you like it really spicy)
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Cumin
1 can Tomatoes (28 oz) blended in the blender, unless you like it chuncky
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cocoa
1 can Red Beans (2 if you want more beans)

I usually cook the meat, onions and garlic on the stove together first. Then throw everything all together in the crock pot for a few (4-5 hours)

I know this is a little vain, but I give this recipe 4 1/2 stars. I LOVE it. It's more of a sweet chili and the cocoa gives it a rich flavor. It is also excellent with some sour cream and my gluten free corn muffins.
