Butternut Squash

Butternut Squash
Olive Oil
Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 400. Chop Butternut squash length wise into 4 pieces. Rub some olive oil into the top and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Until the edges start to turn a little brown, or you can stab easily with a fork.
