Day 20 Menu and Recipes

So I've been eating rice, and I think if you choose you could add rice and/or beans back in. I also added Potatoes back in but I think they might be making me a little bloated.... who knows. It's hard to tell sometimes. Either that or the insane amount of raisins I ate yesterday.... Oh dear. There's always gonna be something isn't there?

Breakfast- Banana Pancakes (my little one devours these!)

Lunch - Rice and roasted vegetables stir-fried up

Dinner - Borscht, Salad and Pineapple

  1. Potato skins cause my stomach distress, even though the rest of the potato is fine. Just a thought for you, if you're going to keep adding them in you can test that out. :-)
