Salad Dressing

1/2 C Oil
1/3 C White or Dark Balsamic vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Onion powder
pepper to taste

(you can also add parsley, dill, rosemary, or other spices you like if you want)


  1. Do you refrigerate this? Or just leave it in the pantry?

  2. I usually leave it out or the olive oil can get hard, but I try to use it fairly quickly.
