Lunch - Left over Salmon Salad
Dinner - Steaks, or Grilled chicken, Oven Roasted Broccoli, Cabbage and Cauliflower, Butternut Squash, and homemade Applesauce
My husband bought a lot of red meat the other day so we'll be eating a lot of that this week... :)
